Who We Are

Origin of the project

The "Our Pious Predecessors" website is a project created as an extension of the "A Day A Life" series produced by مُعَلِّم Eric Younous. This series aims to highlight episodes from the lives of our pious predecessors and, as مُعَلِّم says throughout the series, to make these stories our reality!

Noticing that the French-speaking Muslim community lacked a reference website on the life of our pious predecessors, with reliable sources, we decided to launch the "Our Pious Predecessors" project. But we didn't want to stop there! Just like the "A Day A Life" series, readers will be invited to question themselves, reflect, and — by the will of Allah — bring about a profound reform within themselves!

Our Team

The writing team is made up of students of مُعَلِّم Eric Younous who have completed the curriculum in Islamic sciences as well as Arabic at the Method Medine Plus (MM+) institute. They are now teachers at this institute, as well as at a branch of it based in England.
